- Copyright remains the property of Mark Warren Photography.
- Duplication of images is not permitted, unless specific permission has been granted.
- Mark Warren Photography reserves the right to use any images in promotional material.
- If you do not want your images to be used in promotional material, you have the right to request this.
- Full payment is required before your order is sent to print (Fine Art and additional images ordered).
- Once full payment is received, your order will be dispatched within 14 days (Some print types and frames may take addition time. We will advise you of any changes to timescale, where applicable).
- Delivery charges may vary, resulting in an additional payment to cover this charge. You will be advised of any changes once your order has been received.
- We qualty check all of our products before dispatch. As all of our art is printed to order, we do not accept returns unless your product is damaged in transit. In such cases, we will provide a replacement once the item has been returned to us in the same condition you received it.
Weddings
- £150 deposit required to secure your booking.
- Full payment is due no later then one week prior to your wedding date.
- Additional books and prints may be ordered after your wedding date and are subject to the Terms and Conditions above.
